STAIB Instruments is proud to announce it's new SEM package. With variable working distance, excellent resolution, and simple computer control, the STAIB Nanofocus SEM Package is an ideal solution for anyone who wishes to image within their vacuum chamber.
UHV SEM used to image Silver islands on
a Carbon substrate. FWHM = 47 nm.
